Under our mission of “BE THE SUN”, dely aims to create and develop a service that brings passion to the whole society, and brighten the world like the sun. This vision was inspired by my very own goal I have made since I was in middle school, which were “to increase the smiles in the world, decrease the sadness, and realize a peaceful future”.

Setting this mission as our goal, we have continued to challenge ourselves to create good impacts to the society, with the keyword “invention”. Our main business, Kurashiru, embarked its journey at the edge of bankruptsy in 2016, but was saved from a single video post, and is now a service that is widely used all over Japan. We believe that this “invention” namely “Kurashiru”, has been an example of our vision, as it has given a tiny bright light to the society through cooking.

We promise the world that we will continue to innovate, and become flexible to any changes in society, in order to create an even larger invention. There is a famous quote by Kinjiro Ninomiya, and he says that “an economy without moral is a sin, and a moral without economy is sleep talking.” We agree with this fully, and we try to incorporate this idea to every philosophy we have, because we believe that if it does not shape and serve the society realistically, then there is no meaning in proceeding our business. That is why, we aim to create values through our economic activities, deliver happiness to more people, and become a company that contributes by continuous realization of society.

For our next 5, 10 years, just like how Thomas Edison invented the incandescent light bulb, or in other words “the modern sun”, we dely Inc. will continue to challenge ourselves in making new inventions that brightens up the world. We are very excited to share this experience and cultivate the future with all of you, who are willing to take on this challenge together.
